Our 3 founders bring a combined 70+ years of experience and expertise primarily in
Business, Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Information Technology and Engineering.

David Deere

David has 30+ years of ICT experience, combined with 15+ years of professional sales and business management experience. He brings a broad range of IT related experience as well as currently and previously owning and operating his own successful businesses supporting local and international clients.

Daniel Yeboah

Daniel has 20+ years of IT, engineering, and business experience (Securities, independent Entrepreneur). Daniel is also experienced as a civil, mechanical, and petroleum Engineer on several large projects.

Fred Sarpong

Fred brings 20+ years of successful sales and marketing, in addition to his many years of Public Relations experience throughout Europe and Africa, including multiple dealings with regional and national governments. Fred is also a well-known international radio personality having held a worldwide audience on his own radio station.

Further complementing the founders is the R&D team, headed by an accomplished inventor who brings a full suite of Intellectual Property, both cutting and leading edge, solutions of unmatched excellence and value, which can even be combined to build engineered community solutions.

Each of these IP's are market ready for strategic deployment individually or in synergistic and mutually supportive combinations in growth projects once appropriate financial partnerships are in place.

WASTE to ENERGY (WtE)

Striving towards a natural and sustainable balance between the worlds environmental and economical needs is also a necessity.

As a result of research to date a unique combustion technology has been discovered and developed that has culminated in a combustion unit which outperforms all known incinerators and gasifiers. This technology can go from fuel to electricity in the distance of about 4 feet.

While ideal for small scale, local applications (home, or community based), this is also scalable infinitely to handle urban large scale municipal solid waste (MSW) projects. Further, it can be retrofitted to existing WtE plants to modernize and help them to meet ever more stringent environmental regulations.

This unit is a refined and optimized model of a previous successful (proven) model. One key of our unit is it can utilize virtually any kind of municipal or agricultural waste as fuel, in one of the most efficient applications of its kind.

The entire plant is modular and can readily be shipping container sized which makes for simple and easy deployment, literally anywhere in the world, on or off-grid.

STRUCTURAL INSULATING FOAM (SIF)

CONCRETE REPLACEMENT

When technology merges imagination and architecture, multi-generation legacies are born.

Our unique formula and flexible manufacturing process can be made onsite using available resources, or pre-made in factory. The manufacturing of this innovative new product is unique in that it does not use any Portland cement!

This can be used to quickly and economically build flexible, multi-generational monolithic structures of high durability and with many other favorable properties. e.g. Earthquake Resistant, Fireproof, Rodent Proof, Mold and Mildew proof, and erosion resistant to name a few key technology advantages.

It also greatly reduces construction costs through rapid and versatile deployment as well as increasing the overall value of your projects through it's superior properties.

One key advantage of this innovation is that we can readily adapt our process to include local onsite recycling resources as part of the aggregate (filler) necessary for the manufacture of the SIF.
